Head of Sales (m/f/d) – Full time

As Profion’s Head of Sales, you will be the first point of contact for our network partners worldwide, with whom we implement country specific financial and benefit plans for our clients, most of which are IT, Finance, Pharma and Life Science corporations. Experience in an international environment and networking skills are therefore important.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the go-to person for all our international network partners and prospective clients
  • You provide B2B advice to potential clients on the best solution for them based on our product palette
  • You regularly attend network events in and outside Germany and combine these with client meetings
  • You develop existing and establish new business areas
  • You identify and analyse market specific client needs, opportunities and trends 
  • You work closely with management and the Account Management team

Your Profile

  • You have several years of sales experience in insurance products, ideally also in occupational pensions
  • You have experience in advising and negotiating with international clients
  • You have fluent written and spoken English skills
  • You enjoy networking and interacting (verbally & in writing) with people from all over the world
  • You are confident and able to present convincingly
  • Your ability to work independently, think and act responsibly sets you apart
  • You have an affinity for digital tools
