Business Development Manager (m/f/d) – Full time –

Do you want to make a meaningful contribution to the success and growth of Profion? Then come on board and be part of our international team. As Business Development Manager, you can actively contribute to new business ideas and shape the corporate strategy.

Your area of responsibility

  • Identification of potential business  
  • Further development of existing and establishment of new markets
  • Maintenance of an overview of the market and analysis of market-specific potential and trends
  • Development and definition of sales strategies and conception of cross-border business processes
  • Conducting business negotiations with potential partners at international level
  • Establishment and maintenance of partnerships and co operations
  • Representation of the company at and regular participation in events and conferences, in and outside Germany
  • Close co-operation with the management

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business and management
  • You have at least 4 years of sales experience in a B2B context
  • You have international experience and expertise in consulting and negotiating with business partners
  • You speak fluent English 
  • You enjoy networking, client acquisition and partner management
  • You are confident and able to present convincingly
  • Your ability to work independently, think and act responsibly, sets you apart
  • You have an affinity for digital tools
